Three typical reasons.
If one of these sounds like you, the intro call is exactly the right step.
- A specific goal
Your first pull-up, a clean snatch, prep for a Hyrox or CrossFit competition. We build the plan around the one goal you actually want.
- Rehab and comeback
After surgery, injury, or a long break. Load dosed carefully, every movement adapted to where you are right now. We pick up the pace as soon as your body is ready.
- Privacy or timing
You don't want group training, you need flexible scheduling, or you simply prefer 1:1. Sessions outside the regular class times are possible too.
Three things that don't quite work in group training.
01Programmed one hundred percent around you
No standard class that has to work for the whole group. Every exercise, every load, every rest is dialed in to your goals and your body.
02Same coach throughout
You work with the same coach across your sessions. He knows your progress, your weak spots, and your days when there's less in the tank.
03Flexible scheduling
Sessions don't have to fall within class times. We find times that fit your day, including early, midday, or between the open slots.
Three steps from first contact to training.
01Intro call
20 minutes, free, by phone or on site. We clarify your goal, your level, any limitations, and check whether 1:1 is the right format for you.
02Plan
You get a clear training framework: frequency, duration, and focus areas. We start with a manageable package; we only extend it if it still makes sense.
03Training
60 minutes per session at the box. Warm-up, main focus, workout, cooldown: just like group training, only fully tailored to you.

Controlled load after a break.
After surgery, injury, or a long break, 1:1 is often the smarter choice than jumping straight into group training. Your coach can dose and correct movements so you come back cleanly, and decides with you when it's time to switch into an open class.
This doesn't replace medical care or physiotherapy. Talk to your doctor or therapist before returning to training after an injury, and bring the findings to the intro call.
Common questions.
Do I have to become a box member to do Personal Training?
No. Personal Training is a standalone format. You can book it without being a member. Those who do both get the fine-tuning in 1:1 and the volume for their goals in group training.
How many sessions do I need?
That depends on the goal. For one specific skill (e.g., pull-up, snatch), 6–10 sessions is often enough. For a return after injury, we plan in blocks of 8–12 weeks. We talk it through honestly in the intro call.
Can I combine Personal Training with group training?
Yes, and for many people that's the most efficient combination. You get the technical depth in 1:1, and the competitive feel and volume in group training. We coordinate frequency and load between the two.
What does a session cost?
We work with packages, and the price per session drops with the package size. We discuss individual prices and concrete terms in the intro call, matched to frequency and goal.
Who coaches?
Not every coach here does Personal Training. We match by goal and experience. The intro call makes clear who fits, both professionally and on scheduling. You'll find an overview on the coaches page.
