What we train, and who it fits.

If a slot caught your eye, you'll find the explanation here. Hyrox, Weightlifting and Fitness Boxing each have their own page with all the details.

CrossFit

Coached class in a small group: warmup, skill or strength, Workout of the Day, cooldown. Every movement is scaled so beginners and competition level can do the same workout.

More about CrossFit
Open Gym

You train on your own in the box: your own program, your own pace, no coach. Weekdays 6 a.m.–10 p.m., Sunday 8 a.m.–12 noon. Open Gym is for members only — no Drop-In.

On Ramp

The standard bridge from the trial into everyday classes. We go through the most important movements (squat, deadlift, press), explain how a CrossFit class is structured, and answer questions. Saturdays at 9 a.m.

Skill

One skill takes center stage, and you build it up step by step with your coach. Every drill is scaled to your level.

Olympic Weightlifting

Classic Olympic weightlifting: Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Technique focus with a coach, scaling from a light bar to competition weight.

More about Olympic Weightlifting
Hyrox

Preparation for the Hyrox race: running plus 8 stations. Also worthwhile as hard conditioning even without a competition goal.

Fitness Boxing

Technique on focus mitts and the heavy bag, footwork, conditioning. Sparring only on explicit request and controlled — never mandatory.

EMOM40

“Every Minute on the Minute” over 40 minutes — a longer conditioning session with a coach.

Freaky Friday

Longer workout, often team or partner format, to kick off the weekend. Laid-back setting, tough content.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

Do I need to sign up for a class in advance?

As a member, you book your class in Resawod. Drop-Ins from other boxes just reach out by email or phone. We'll let you know which class fits that day.

What's the difference between a coached class and open training?

In a coached class, a coach guides you through warmup, skill or strength, and the WOD, with individual scaling. In open training (Open Gym), you train on your own; we provide the space and the equipment.

What is On Ramp and when do I need it?

On Ramp is the standard bridge from the trial session into regular classes. We go through the key movements, explain how a class runs, and answer your questions. Saturdays at 9 a.m.

Can I join as a guest or from another box?

Yes, Drop-Ins are welcome. Send us a quick note by email or phone beforehand. We'll tell you which class fits you best.
