Why athletic training

The second session makes the difference.

Sport-specific training trains the movement patterns of your sport. What it doesn't deliver: the base of strength, stability, and injury prevention those patterns can safely draw on. That's exactly where one coached athletic session per week comes in.

We build the training around the real demands of your sport, from sprinting and jumping to rotation and endurance. The focus follows your current phase of the season: targeted build-up in the off-season, maintaining performance during the season.

What you get out of it

Three levers that work in every sport.

01Matched to your sport

We analyze the demands your sport places on the body and put together the right exercises. No generic textbook athletic plan.

02The team as a block

You train together, in your own fixed slot, with your coach. No mixing with open classes, no rotating faces: the team dynamic stays intact.

03Off- and in-season

In the break we build up, in season we hold the level. We dose the load so your sport-specific training doesn't suffer but benefits.

Which teams

Sports where this model works.

We mostly talk to clubs from rotation- and jump-heavy sports: soccer, handball, hockey, rowing, volleyball, basketball. We also work with running, triathlon, and combat sports groups that want to sharpen up their strength and stability.

The model fits club teams just as well as recreational teams or training groups. Whether you're in competition mode or just want to train better together: we'll put together a proposal that fits your level and schedule.

How the model works

From the intro call to a fixed session.

01Intro call

We get to know your sport, your season structure, and the typical problems: injury proneness, weak spots, phases with too little or too much load.

02Program

You get a training plan over 8 or 12 weeks, matched to your sport. Content, frequency, and intensities match your competition calendar.

03Training

Fixed sessions at the box, the same coach across the season. He knows you, your sport, and your progress. That makes every session more efficient.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

We're a recreational team, not a club. Does this work for us too?

Yes. We train with running groups, triathlon groups, and recreational teams just like we do with clubs. The level of ambition differs, the programming logic is the same.

Does everyone on the team have to do CrossFit?

No. Athletic training for your team is its own format, closed to your group. Anyone who also wants to join our open classes can. It's not required.

Can we book just the off-season?

Yes. Some teams come for 8–12 weeks before the season, others stay year-round. Both work. We adapt the program and intensity to your calendar.

What does it cost?

A flat fee per training plan, depending on team size, frequency, and season model. After a short intro call, you get a concrete offer that fits your setup.

Who programs and coaches?

Christian runs the program; depending on the slot and the sport, he or another coach from the team does the coaching. You have one fixed point of contact who knows your program.
